PNQ has chosen to parner with Love 11, a foundation with a mission to reach at-risk and economically disadvantaged youth through sports and local activity programs. The Micah Daniel Love Foundation (Love 11) was formed by Micah's parents after Micah went to heaven following an accident over Memorial Day weekend. Micah loved sports, so Love 11 would like to continue giving back by awarding grants and scholarships to youth sports organizations, schools, and local programs within the community. Please visit www.love11.org to find more information and see how you can help!
The mission of the USAV High Performance program is to build a national pipeline of junior volleyball athletes and coaches, creating broad opportunities for advancing the level of play, competition, and skill development throughout the sport.
National qualifiers provide a wonderful opportunity for tryouts as so many talented athletes are gathered together in one area. While not a camp, clinic, or training event, HP tryouts are rather an environment to allow athletes to be evaluated.
HP Tryouts will be offered at the 2019 Pacific Northwest Qualifier at the Spokane Convention Center on the Thursdays before each tournament -- Thursday, March 21 from 5-9 pm & Thursday, March 28 from 4-8 pm.
To register for the tryout, and for more information, please visit USA Volleyball's High Performance page of their website.
