Richard is the Club Director and Founder of Delta Valley Volleyball Club. He started the club in 1989. He has led numerous teams to the Junior Olympics tournament over the years.

In addition to coaching, Richard assists all other teams with technical assistance, training and mentoring. From 1992 - 2020, Richard has helped his teams qualify for the Junior Olympics.

• 2010 14's team won Open Division USAV Jr. National Championship

• 1999 15's team won the National Championship

• Won silver and multiple bronze medals in the open division at Junior Olympics

• Finished in the top 5 of every Volleyball Festival appearance.

• 14's team won the Festival Championship in 1991.
