Uniform fittings:  Please have athletes wear athletic clothing and preferably a sports bra – Player's will need to try on their uniforms to ensure they order the correct sizes.

The following information applies to players who were selected for a team and have chosen to commit to play for Delta Valley Volleyball Club for the 2025-2026 season. 

We are very excited to have you as a part of our club and family!

Please read this information carefully: In order to guarantee your spot, you MUST attend Commitment Night. Please confirm with your coach on the date and time.

Parent/Guardian: A parent or legal guardian is required to attend commitment night with player. We will be collecting the club fees or a minimum deposit and the following:

✓ Copy Of NCVA Membership Card (either 2025-26 season membership or tryout pass for 2025)*

✓ Copy Of Birth Certificate

✓ Copy Of Front And Back Of Medical Insurance Card(s) 

Signature Required for the following forms:

✓ Team Participation Fees 

✓ Coaches Expenses 

✓ Parent Contract

✓ Athlete Contract

✓ Parent Communication with Coaches

✓ NCVA Letter Of Commitment (available at commitment night)

✓ NCVA/USAV Medical Release 

AT THE MEETING:

1. Find your team’s table :) 
2. Finish signing paperwork and double check all forms have been signed.
3. Commitment Packets and Club Dues: Parents will turn in paperwork and pay deposit or club fees in full. 
4. Team Meeting: Each team will have a separate meeting to go over practices, tournaments, travel and more!
5. Try on Uniforms: Wear athletic clothing – Player's will need to try on their uniforms to ensure they order the correct sizes. 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Beginning NOW - NCVA Memberships for FULL Season are available to purchase: You MUST fully register/renew your membership with the NCVA/USAV and affiliate yourself with Delta Valley Volleyball Club. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RENEW OR PURCHASE YOUR FULL SEASON MEMBERSHIP NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 15TH TO ENSURE PROPER ROSTERING.

*For players that are or will turn 18 after August 1st, 2025 - additional requirements must be met. Safe Sport completion is required and will need to be completed in order for your membership to be valid. Please check your membership validation in your SportsEngine account to verify.
