Neena played 4 years of Division 1 volleyball at California State University Fullerton as a Libero. Prior to college, she played 4 years at Lincoln High School. She also played several years of beach volleyball when she was in high school. 

Neena returned to Stockton in 2022 to coach at Spark Volleyball Club. She was the head coach for Spark 15-1 last year, and she is the current head JV coach for Weston Ranch High School.
