Coach Nancy is excited to be back again this season with Delta Valley.  She is entering her 12 year of coaching overall and brings a lot of education and experience on and off the court! 

Nancy has studied at Delta College, UOPX, and Brandman University. For 10 years she taught as an RSP teacher and is currently a School Psychologist. Nancy’s passion for volleyball started at the age of 10 when she began playing for her elementary school and continued through middle and high school as she played for her school and club. After playing for 8 years she went on to be an assistant coach for 1 year at the high school level. Thereafter she became the Freshman head volleyball coach and volunteered her time in the off season coaching a premier volleyball team. Since then she has been coaching JV high school volleyball and club. She has coached various levels from 12s through the 16s. In the most recent years she has coached the 14s and 15s and is moving up with her nrecent team and is coaching the 16s Blue. 

She believes the foundation of sustained success is a mentality of continuous improvement which creates better alignment toward individual and team goals and fosters a positive dynamic. Nancy is eager to pass on her love for the game as well as the skills, techniques and tactics, that align with the beautiful game of volleyball.
